My son has enjoyed meeting with Kody . At first he was worried to talk to someone , he has learned a lot from him . He has so many different ways to teach him things and staying positive . It has been so helpful for us to have the sessions with him . Seeing Aiden grow and learn to work through problems has been great .

The experience with him was, and still is, amazing!I am an athlete, entrepreneur, and Artificial Intelligence instructor! My daughter has been working with Kody since January. We came to him to build her strength and power for figure skating. She works with him 2 times a week, and my daughter is excited and happy to go work with him, despite her already busy schedule. She is also very shy and hesitant with male instructors, but she hit it off with Kody right away. He is so positive and motivating. It is super exciting to see the progress she has already experienced--her jumps are noticeably higher and her power has increased greatly. It is an added bonus that he works with her on her mental strength as well. I have and will continue to recommend Kody to others. I am a figure skating coach/ director and have already referred several of my students to Kody. If all of my students would have the time and opportunity to work with him , I would absolutely have them ALL work with him. The way that he connects with his athletes as well as collaborates their plans in coordination with my own plans for them is unmatched by others. He is a team player and truly wants the best for his athletes.

Kody has always been my man to get me on my next level whether it be mental or physical performance and all in between. I’ve been in a slump and needed a push to get back on track. Kody was there once again to provide the best service. We went over a mental performance routine which was most needed, most beneficial and most importantly influential that has got me back on track immediately by the end of it. There will not be a day I don’t thank Kody for all the work we’ve done together and the places he has taken me.

Kody came out to our camp and lead great activities to promote team bonding. His knowledge of body mechanics is super valuable and he is very personable.
